Mend Candy Eclypsa Working Water

How can I fix my Candy Eclypsa washing machine ?

My Candy Eclypsa washing machine is working normally except for when it gets to the fabric conditioner going into the machine. Then water leaks from the drawer. How can I fix this? I have cleaned the drawer and this only made it worse.
