My portable heater soleus air doesn't heat up anymore?

I just bought this heater less than a month ago, but my husband threw away everything so the warranty is out. It is a fan and heater, now it doesn't heat up at all. It just blows air like a fan. Everything else seems fine. How can I fix it?
