Rob, did you resolve this? I have a similar problem - when I do the electric start I get a buzzing sound but the engine doesn't turn over. I can kick start but then my electrics are acting strange - low fuel and oil lights on all the time.

Guess this multi-plugs are in a poor quality. Periodicaly my Zip-2stroke kat, will give no hv-spark. Any solutions?
