Can you help please. I have a Qualcast Suffolk Punch 35s which needs a repair. Last year I hit a large stone on the lawn which caused one of the blades to buckle. I need some guidance on removing the spindle so it can be repaired. Any advice?
undo side cover to right hand side and remove belt pulley. unscrew bottom blade bolt. remove left side chain cover. unscrew sprocket bolt and remove sprocket. remove rh handle bolt and slide right hand cover out from mower. cylinder slides out. will need to be REGROUND by mower shop. NOT! A JOB WITH A FILE/ GRINDER-- THAT'S FOR SURE.
