Mend Creda Fault Cooker Ignition

Fault with the igniter on Gas cooker?

I have a Creda gas cooker and a fault has occured with the ignition it continuly stays on making a ticking noise continuly firing the igniter, how can I reslove this problem, does it need a new switch ?

Can anyone help ?
