how can i fix g600 printer dock?

when i go to print my pictures from the camera the printer dock will not receive the print paper out of the paper holder and yes i have 30 sheets glossy side up and i took out the old sheets and opened a new pack put them in. also the rollers are turning but then a display shows that the paper is out please add.
