How can I fix my sound on my Mitsubishi rear projection TV?

I cannot get sound on my TV. It is a Mitsubishi ws-55413. The sound works fine going through our tuner, but we must of hit something that messed up the TV sound. I don't have the remote, so this all happened from the buttons on the front of the TV. We can't get any sound for the Wii...complete catastrophe for the kiddos...
