I HAVE ONE BED GROUND FLOOR MASIONETTE,HOT WATER OK IN KITCHEN, BUT HOT WATER IN BATHROOM ONLY LASTS FOR A FEW SECONDS THEN GOES COLD. WATER PRESSURE ALL OK
If its a combi, flow rate on boiler could be too high, is it the bath tap or all bathroom taps as the bore on the bath tap is a lot bigger than others and the restriction on sink taps will mean flow rate to them is less hence hotter water.
