Why does my Zanussi Jetsystemturbodry 1200 not releasing fabric conditione ?

have you removed the soap draw lately and lifted out the plastic piece with MAX written on it?.underneath there is a hole.it must be clear and clean.another reason is the holes above the conditioner compartment are blocked.look inside when you remove the soap draw and look up at the holes in the conveyor (tech word for part).if holes are blocked and mouldy it will not work.replacement of this part is sometimes the only option
