Mend Potterton Combi 80 Boiler Lockout Circuit Board

blowing electricity potterton combi 80?

Everytime we put power to the bolier it trips the electricity all the time before this happern the bolier kept locking out all the time so i would like some advise please i have replaced the circuit board but it still happening
