Mend Renault Clio 52 Plate Power Start

Car battery has no power, is dead even after charge up?

My Renault Clio 52 Plate will not start every morning, (does with the aid of the jump start). Battery seems to be draining. I fully charged it, put it back on, next morning flat. I also noticed that the electric windows operate without the ignition on!

Any Advice?
