probably 2 things wrong with it 1- if you have covered or placed washing screen near heater you may have blown the thermal fuse ,its a little fusable link under the top cover. or maybe the charge controller has went faulty. its also under top cover ,its the controll knob for setting input, controller is around £40/50 the fusable link is around £5/10, with the heater isolated a simple continuity test will identify which is faulty
