Mend Glow-worm Compact 80E Heating Boiler Radiators

what is my problem with boiler?

i have a glow worm compact 80e boiler the problem is that i dont have hot water ,sometimes it works and sometimes it dosent,and when it does work my radiators go cold.can anyone please tell me what the problem is ,i would be very grateful ,ive looked at the manual and think it might be the dhw micro switch but not 100% sure regards iain

Glow-worm Glow-worm Compact 80E Heating, Home Heating Systems Heating Boiler Radiators

I had a similar problem and got an engineer out. He didn't know what it was and put in a new circuit board. I paid £289 and still didn't have hot water. I couldn't get hold of him again. Then another engineer looked at it and all it needed was a new rubber diaphragm (costing pennies). he charged me £65 pounds having spent three hours on it!!
