Worcester 28i rsf combi wont light?

Hi Sorry to be a bother but we have no heating or water because it wont fire up. No pilot is visible thru the sight glass, the red light is on and you get a noise as normal when you turn it on but it just wont light, any help plrease

Could be a number of things but as you say it doesnt fire at all,most likely the fan or air switch. Can you access the flue outside to feel if there is a draught coming from it?. There is no pilot on this boiler.
