no hot water?

no hot water i can get hot water only with the heating on

The diverter valve isn't working. The diaphragm is probably split. It is possible to replace just the diaphragm but more usual to replace the whole diverter valve (which for my Vaillant boiler was £100) and takes a couple of hours by a qualified boiler repairer. Good luck!
