unable to remove thermostatic cartridge-too tight. ?

Hi,
On the Triton range there is a fastening which you need an alan key to remove under the housing where your thermostatic cartridge is. After you have undone this, you should just be able to pull the cartridge out (maybe with a pair of pliers for better grip). They dont all screw out. Have a look underneith the housing.
