alarm pir wiring cut when ceiling repaired?

Depends on which alarm you have.
Newer systems have circut breakers on them and no longer use fuses.
Simply go up to the cut wire and twist together the wires other than the red and black which supply the power.
Zone 3 may then clear.
If not untwist them and call your alrm company.
