How to dismantle a Daylight lamp?
I have a floor-standing Daylight lamp model E20270. There is an intermittent bad contact inside the swivel head, maybe a frayed wire, but I can't see how to get at it. The swivel head seems to be retained by a grub screw, but releasing the screw doesn't release the head. Please, does anyone know how to dismantle the swivel head?
