Leaking Hotpoint WT540?

Hi there,

I have a Hotpoint WT540 that's around 18 months old. It has started to leak.

I pulled it out and had a look tonight and both pipes seemed secure. I placed it back and ran the pump out function and the leak started again from what sounded like the back right of the machine. It then gave a bang and blue spark and switched off and tripped the house circuits.

I reset the circuits and (probably stupidly) hit start again and the machine drained out.

Is there any advice someone might be able to offer?
