Mend Baumatic Round Switch Not

Baumatic round switch not working?

My Baumatic built in electric oven has three switches that work by switching them round clockwise. The middle one now turns but there is no action behind the fascia. I know this should be a simple fix.

Can anyone give a bit of a hand to start with please?
