How to fix screen wash motor and rear wiper in Nissan Primera?

The screen wash does not come out when pressing the control and the rear wiper does not work either. However, the front wipers work. No sound of the motor is heard when pressing the control.
I was told that the motor may be frozen or burnt out.
How can I check and change the motor if necessary?
