i cant open any files on my amilo li2727 ?

every time i log into my amilo li2727 itkeeps telling me that everything has failed. i cant run sys restore or anything really. all i can do is view my pictures. i managed 2 run norman security suite and scanned my comp but 2 no avail. i cant uninstall or even connect 2 the net. pls help
