Mend Hotpoint WMA40 Aquarius Machine Started

Hotpoint aquarius wma40 wont do a final spin?

I have got a problem with my washing machine it has started to make a lot of noise on the spins but today it has just done a final spin and the clothes are still wet through. The final spin light is flashing aswell. I have tried to put it on a fast spin instead and that doesn't seem to be much better. Can you help or is it time for a new washer
