Mend Vaillant 824E Boiler Central Heating Heat Exchanger

CH OK no HOT WATER on Vaillant Turbomax Plus 824E ?

Central heating works fine, but not hot water on any taps. When I turn the taps warm water coming for few SECONDS and then COLD Water. Burner is ON when DHW demand, cleaned main heat exchanger - no luck.

could it be microswitch ?

will definastely be the diverter valve, im doing one tomorrow. get it done by a gas safe engineer

just check if any of the radiators ( the closest one to the boiler first) are getting warm when you are running the hot water. If so then it is probably the diverter valve. I changed mine when i had these symptoms and everything was ok. Easy to change as well. A few for sale on ebay at the moment
