if its very new, you might be better off contacting the shop you purchased it from. i think youll find that all new machines come with a 5 years parts warranty (although they try not to let you know that when they try to sell you after sales care).
other than that, you might do wise looking at the brushes on the drum motor. thats the usual cause of spin failure. does the machine spin dureing cycle, or does it not move at all. and at what point does it stop spinning. all machines have a cycle they need to complete before moving onto the next (i.e, fill, heat, wash, drain, fill, heat, rinse, spin. etc). what point it stops will tell you better where the problem is
