How can I stop the vegetables frrzing in the fridge compartment?

I have a Hotpoint Frost Free Fridge Freezer. The vegetables freeze or get very frosty. They are in the fridge compartment but I do not understand why this happens.
Do you have any suggestions?

I answered this question for somebody yesterday,mine is a Bosch frost free,my plumber was too busy to repair mine last year,he asked me if my freezer was iced up,it was so he told me to defrost the freezer overnight,it worked for me.
