Mend Ford Ka Fuse Blown

Again with the Ford Ka - I have located the fuse box & relays etc, ?

There are no fuses 'blown' but the rear & front side lights & the control panel lights are still not working. I have phoned Ringsways of Doncaster - to no avail, & checked the light bulbs. It's got me 'scratching my head. Does anyone have an answer to this?
