tried rebooting my vox box saying no transponder?

hi mick. that is all correct as was b4 i come down here its not showing a chanel number when doing scan at top thats only thing thats dif from home. chanel number at top when doing scan is blank. virgin box here has smart card in not sure if thats anything thou. thanks for ya time

check this out for me , (press menu) go to installation" then (user installation) press ok" the pin number is 0000 , now in the next window that opens, check the (symbol rate) it should be 6952 change with your remote if you have to, now press yellow, new window opens , check this , (start) should be 100mzh (stop) 870mzh , symbol rate 6952, if thats how it looks , press ok to start the scann , you should have your transponder back , now , all you need to do now is get up to date codes , ill check back here tomorrow , mick
