it seems the ice maker ice producing ice, but it is not breaking it into cubes (one block of ice). I already replaced the ice maker, but still have the same problem. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Seems to me your problem may be too much water entering into the mould, preventing the single formation of cubes, and threfore making 1 single block.
I would adjust water rate on ice maker if possible or reduce pressure at valve,and retry.
