steray, thanks. I have had them working but they just stopped except for the red light. Don't know if they need reset and how to do it, or is there anything else I can try.

hi christine,a storage heater normally works overnight & the red light will come on but what it doesit heats the stone's up in side & that take's some time,so if you can turn your's on it will not give heat off imediatley
