Mend Hi Not Turning

hi mick, its not turning on ?

when i press de power button, two red light appears on the box and blank thats it nothing else
the red light is there all the time

soooo plzzzzzz help

i think somebody put the wrong firmware into the box , thats what normaly happens , when a box gets stuck in standby mode, you just need to reflash it again to free it , and what also, happens is the the remote cant id the box , but i think that your remote is ok ,

did anybody flash that box , with firmwear? have you just got that box from somebody..
