My Ford Transit is making a whining noise when warm?

Hello, It could be a few things..

a lose or worn fan belt.
debris or fluid on one or more of you belts/pulleys.
a defective headlight levelling unit.

check fan belt for play or signs of strecthing/wear, you should have no more than an inche of play in the belt.
try adjusting the up/down switch on your dash for your headlights it goes from 0 to 4 usually.
blast your belt with wd40 this may clear any slime/moisture from pulleys and stop them from slipping.
