Mend Fisher & Paykel 608 Wash Rinse Stops

how can I fix my fisher & paykel smartdrive 608 ?

when filling for wash or rinse, it continuously gives beep and stops operation. It also resets program to different settings. If I fill machine manually (bucket) it works fine. Is it a solenoid problem or something else?

When it beeps, what lights are showing along the top row? This will give me a fault code. Is either the hot or cold water light flashing? If so then you have a problem with the water coming in or lack of. If machine is very slow to fill it will come up as a fault. Check tap fully open, check each end of fill hose for blockages. While hose is off check strainer inside the opening to the inlet valve where the hose screws onto the machine. If no blockages, put hose back on and start machine. Does water coming in sound like it is straining if so replace the inlet valve.
