Zanussi fl-411c leaks on the floor, what to do with it?

I`ve got a Zanussi FL-411C washing machine. When it starts taking water I can hear the sound of it flushing and after about 20-30 seconds water starts flowing out. Firstly it flows from the drawer in which I put washing powder, but few seconds later it flows from the holes in the front panel. What can I do and how?

There are several possibilities:

Water pressure too high.
Pipe from powder draw to drum partially blocked.
Air vent pipe from drum to powder draw blocked.
