Noisy Honda?

I have a Honda Accord Aerodeck 2.2 1994. The problem is I have a continual noise from under the bonnet while driving and also with the engine off and free wheeling. All gears and clutch change ok and there is nothing obvious. It sounds like a noisy blowing manifold from inside the car but obviously it's not. Any help appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Blu, you need some wheelbairings, that is the only noise possible for the 1994 honda accords to make while engine is off and free wheeling.
