Does anyone know how to in put the new code for The Box with NTL Dublin?

if its a starview box , try press menu, go down to system information " press ok , a new window will open type with your remote 1004 at the box , and if you can get that far tell me what you can see in that page , mick , northsider " ill check back here in 20 mins 17.35 pm . dublin .
