how can i fix my zanussi nexus fl1281 washing machine?

the water starts as soon as i turn on the washing machine you know when the program starts

take lid off the machine.2 screws at the back and push the top towards the back to remove.on top of the drum you will see a black inch diameter hose that goes from the drum to the soap draw and also down to the circ pump at the bottm of the machine.pull it out of the drum at the top and make sure its not blocked as this is to release air pressure during the fill cycle and if blocked will cause flooding from soap draw.also check main 3 inch diameter hose at the very back of the soap draw for blockage down to drum. they get a build up of powder in the bend bit and again cause flooding from the draw

does water flood out of the draw when you start the program? or does it take some time before it floods out?
