POWER OUT. Get a CLOSE look at the motor first,to see whether brushes held with screws or slide in down a slot, each brush will be on opposite side to the other.(1) (If the brushes are SCREWED undo the screw and remove the brush take off spade connector swap for the new brush (DO NOT LET THE BRUSH FREE AT THIS POINT )when screwed down and connector back on ,find the little tag to release the brush out of the holder) do the same again for the other side,(2) For SLIDE IN brushes you have to find the little tag thats holding them in tease up tag the brush will then come out remove spade connector etc repeat for other side etc release the brush etc ,etc etc
