how can i fix my 1993 to 1994 ford fiesta 1.3 lx?

the tappet settings are 0.008in for the inlet valve and 0.012in for the exhuast, if you look at the cylinder head with the rocker cover removed you will easily see which is the exhaust valve. to set them you take out all the plugs, turn the engine over CLOCKWISE by hand watching the valves closely, doing each one in turn if you look at the inlet valve and watch it open and close then you loosely hold a thin screwdriver or something simular in the plug hole till the piston reaches the top of its stroke then you set the valves to there size, this is the same procedure for each clyinder
