How can I fix my samsung yp-910?

My mp3 player will turn on then stay on the same screen and not go to the point were i can play music. I want to know what can i do to fix and and how to reset it. My email is shortnsweetx3@yahoo.com.

I need the answer too. Mine stays on the logo and wont go past that. I need to reformat and reinstall the firmware i guess but i cant seem to find out how.

ANY help would be great.

Have you tried formatting it? Mine did the same thing but i formatted it and start fresh. Be careful when formatting this system. There is a certain file that you need to back up. The file is FW_IMAGE.BIN. You may also want to backup all your MP3 files. After formatting your YP-910, re-start your napster and download one song to your YP-910. When done, find the FW_IMAGE.BIN that you backed up and re-load it into your YP-910. That should do the trick.
