Hi have just bought myself a 95-96 ford galaxy & the cental locking doesnt seam to work also interior lights work but not when I open doors

Hi Steve. Sounds like the control box has failed. It's a pretty common problem. The control unit lives underneath the front passenger seat in the little "storage" box. Water ingress typically shorts these out and they can be expensive to source a replacement. Yes, the courtesy lights are controlled from here to, as is the alarm
