You could replace the tank if you feel like stripping the whole saw apart (obviously this is the best solution).

On the other hand, you can get tank sealant - it's ised in classic bike restorations. Not sure how it performs on plastic tanks, and it wll cost about the same as a new tank.

hi don, i think it will be cheaper & easier in the long run to change the tank
