How can i fix a low water pressure p?

i have a ravenheat 825 combi boiler that seems to have a low pressure problem.The dial is permanently on 0 and although radiators do get warm the heat soon subsides.No pressure shows on dial and boiler sounds a bit noisy...any thoughts?

under your combi there is a flexible pipe with a blue tap open the tap untill the gauge registers 1 on the scale then close the tap if you bleed air from the radiators this procedure should be repeated.
when bleeding your radiators start with the furtherest one from the boiler first
