Mistral Frost Free Fridge Freezer?

it seems it is iced up in the freezer department where the workings are,the workings can ice up if the heater which helps it keep frost free doesnt work or the timer isnt allowing it to go onto heat,or the fane may have stopped,you can either call an engineer or turn it off,leave it for 24 hours with towels on th floor and then turn it off,this is a temp solution,as it will need looking at
