Tricity Bendix condenser tumble dryer drum will not rotate?

Tricity Bendix condenser tumble dryer TM 310W will not rotate. The power light is on and it makes a buzzing sound. The drum will move by hand and is still tight. all parts have been cleaned. could this be a capcaitor and where is it fitted.

yes it could be the capacitor.remove the lid.switch on and whilst buzzing manually push drum round.it should then turn.if so 100% capacitor faulty.MIND YOUR FINGERS AND ELECTRICAL PARTS whilst doing this.as you look from the front ,capacitor is on the righthand side towards the front and the righthand side panel is removable for access
