Mend Potterton EP2002 Heating Control

Heating - Potterton Control Model EP2002. No power?

I assume the fuse has gone but I don't know how to remove the cover

the base on the programmer has a slot on the under side on the right, insert flat bladed screwdriver to relese tab and lift upwards.
if you had a power cut i suspect the surge killed the programmer sorry
