Height adjustment for Eureka Vacuun Model 4702?

How do you adjust the height of the cleaning head for different types of carpet?

I just refered to my schematics, and have seen these before (they are usually yellow). They don't have a height adjustment. They do tend to ride low. With a good belt, this model should work properly except on heavier plush and deep pile carpets (belt will wear faster on these).
