Mend Land Rover P38 Changer Radio Screen

How can i fix my radio/cassette,cd changer in my range rover p38?

my radio buzz's when you turn it on the screen lights up dull you can take it out un plug it
plug it back in it lets you type the code in but there nothing but buzzing from the speakers
it started when you went over a bump it would start to buzz and come back on again now it just buzz's all the time
