hi. I am not entirely sure about your question to reboot is just to start. I can assume if you don't mind that the pc won't start and you need to reinstall windows?? If so please don't hold me to this but PB have an built in recovery console, where turning on the pc and hitting F11 it will take you into the system recovery.
