Mend Potterton 80 Combi Boiler Heating Flame

My combi boiler keeps tripping my elec help!!?

my potterton combi boiler80 keeps tripping my electricity, even if i just run the hot water tap or if i switch the heating to constant or timed it doesnt matter it trips out before the flame ignites please help!! i haveno idea about boilers & its freezing!!!!

Potterton Potterton 80 Heating, Home Heating Systems Combi Boiler Heating Flame

depends on what part of sequence when it trips.

things that will trip your elecs are generally pump fan and gas valve.

if it trips instantly when you switch heating on etc id think pump, if its a split second later than pump id think fan and if it waits til ignition sequence part id go gas valve.

sounds a bit of a sh*tty answer but they're the major players.
